Hailing from Christchurch, nacoa and Flek C are monkeys on a mission. Swinging from club to club, with their cheeky grins and huge choons, expect dancefloor mayhem when these dudes are behind the decks.

nacoa has been djing Nu Jazz Dub Fusion; an eclectic mix of dub, downbeat, lounge, trip hop and all things mellow for over 5 years now. Not one to conform to a certain niche, nacoa's profile continues to increase with the addition of breaks to his arsenal of beats. Having the ability to progress a night through a variety of sounds means he has had the opportunity to support a range of top international artists like Kid Loco, Ty, Rennie Pilgrem, Salmonella Dub, Meat Katie and Diverted.

Flek C has been pushing breakbeat and hardcore breaks sound for the last 7 years. Leaning towards the more quirky, dark and edgy side of breakbeat, Flek C's sets are notorious for slap happy cutting, breakbeat filth and a bit of a scratch here and there. He has played support for top international acts including S.C.A.M., Meat Katie, DJ Unknown, DJ Storm, Slipmatt and Luna-C.
Also a producer of beats in his own right having his tracks played on RDU 98.5FM's New Zealand music show "The Green Room" and co-hosting the Rinsed Radio show on the same station.

Together they have been producing under the alias of MonKey TroUble. The Monkeys sound incorporates a variety of influences from dub to electro, hardcore and drum n bass. We Ain't Holding Back featuring Nelsons Kurnel MC and the recently finished remix of Minuit's "Room Full of Cute", have had extensive airplay across the Bnet as well featuring on George FM and Christchurchs Urban Breaks.
They also hold a regular night at Chirstchurch's Concrete Club with Dunedins DJ Shortkutz.
